We start with the service carrier selections, then project manage the setup and installation of our services. Next, and the part that other consultants leave out, is that we monitor the circuits we sell, so we know there is a problem, often before you do and take corrective right away to minimize downtime and inconvenience. We also monitor our client’s bills to assure that they are correct and the fees and surcharges are not inflated.
We also check for “bill creep’ which is a tendency for some telecom bills to slowly creep up. When the contracted services are due for renewal, we manage the auto-renewals that most telecom companies have in their terms and conditions and shop for other services to be sure there isn’t a better deal available. Because we are carrier agnostic, we are always looking for the best carrier and services for our clients.

We keep detailed records on our partner techs to be sure we only use the best and most reliable techs available. When the work is completed, we have the jobber bill the customer directly so there is no markup or inflation of pricing. This is how we provide the complete package we call Telecom Management.
